Guide for purchasing a surfboard

We will provide guidance to customers from far away when purchasing a surfboard.

"Shipping Information"
All of our surfboards can be shipped to people far away via mail order, however, additional shipping charges will apply for all surfboards.
Shipping costs vary depending on your area and the size of your surfboard, so we will inform you of the shipping cost after you place your order.

《Information regarding payment》
All new boards sold at our shop can be paid for by cash or credit card. For cash payments, please transfer the total amount including the price of the surfboard and shipping.
Cash on delivery is not available for surfboards.

If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact us in advance before making payment and we will change the price of the surfboard to an amount that includes shipping, so you can make payment after the change.
The other method is to pay by credit card directly and then follow the shipping information we will send you later and transfer the shipping fee separately, so please choose the payment method that suits you best.

For used boards, we only accept bank transfers. Please note that we do not accept credit cards. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
