Necessary charges other than the product | ・You will be responsible for shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, and bank transfer fees. In addition, if you purchase more than 10,000 yen (including tax) in one purchase, shipping will be free. (Surfboards are an exception. How to order | 1. Select the product you want to purchase If you find a product you like, click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the product details screen. Proceed to checkout (proceed to checkout) Once you have decided which products you want to purchase, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the shopping cart. 3. Complete the purchase procedure (checkout) Follow the instructions in the cart and enter your customer information, shipping address, payment method, etc. Please confirm your order details. payment method | ・Cash on delivery After confirming your order, we will send the product via Seino Transportation's cash on delivery service. Please pay the product price, shipping fee, and cash on delivery fee when the product arrives. (Shipping is free for purchases of 10,000 yen or more (tax included) in one transaction.) Delivery time | ・Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2 business days after your order is confirmed. If the item is out of stock, it may take more than a week to be shipped. Returns and Exchanges | ・If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the item. ・In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during shipping, is defective, or is different from the product you ordered, we will cover the return shipping fee. If you return or exchange for reasons on your own, such as ordering the wrong product or the product being different from what you expected, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for the replacement product.
