Refund policy

In principle, we do not accept returns for customer reasons.

In the event of a defective product
We make every effort to ensure that our products are in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that a product is defective (incorrect delivery, damage, stains, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and send the product back to us, freight collect.
We will exchange the product for a replacement or refund the money.
However, please note that we may not be able to replace the product if the product is received late due to the customer's reason.

In case of customer's reason
In case of return or exchange due to customer's reason such as wrong order or different feeling, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for the replacement item. Please note that we cannot accept returns of ordered items at the customer's request, except for defective or damaged items.
