This is amazing! Boot-cut and bell-bottomed poly pants were all the rage in the 70s and 80s.
Representative pants of this type include Levi's STA-PREST and Farrer, but these are a reproduction of Levi's STA-PREST.
Anyway, the atmosphere is excellent.
