Today, we have revamped the Holy Smoke online store.
With this renewal, we have completely revamped all of our systems, including the cart system.
Some customers may be surprised at how different it is from the previous cart system, but it will make shopping more convenient than ever before.
There are also differences in membership accounts and payment methods, so please check below.
About your membership account
For customers who used the previous website, we will be sending out emails with information about new member accounts on the new website.
The contents of the email are as follows:
Click the "Activate your account" button in the email and set a new password to access our website.

If you do not wish to use our membership account, please click the "Decline invitation" button or you do not need to respond to this message.
Changes due to website renewal ~Payment method~
We now offer convenient payment methods such as smartphone payments using Apple Pay and Google Pay, making shopping more convenient than ever before.
We will be introducing other payment methods in the future, so please be patient until they become available.
Coupon Distribution
For customers who have accumulated points on the previous site, we will provide you with coupons that can be used on the new site along with instructions for creating a member account as shown below.
We will send you the coupon via email as shown below.
On the order screen, under "Select payment method", enter the coupon code provided in the email into the coupon code input field.
Once you apply the coupon, the discount will be reflected.
Only one coupon can be used per order.
Additionally, once a coupon has been used, it cannot be used multiple times.
Please note that the coupon contents may change without notice.
Please understand that due to the major renewal of the site, there may be unexpected problems or inconveniences due to a system that is different from what you are used to.
Also, as we are still unfamiliar with some aspects, we would appreciate it if you could let us know if you notice anything before and after the site renewal.
