North Craft Medicine Pouch
North Craft Medicine Pouch
Medicine pouch from North Cafe&Craft, based in Fussa.
The thick cowhide has been antiqued, giving the leather a cracked surface and giving it the appearance of being well-used.
The front is lavishly decorated with 12 silver flower conchos, with a concho made from a 50-cent coin proudly displayed in the center.
The sides have fringes and a loop for a belt.
This is a faithful reproduction of a pouch that Native Americans actually used to carry medicinal herbs.
Naturally, it is entirely handmade and is a valuable item that was actually made by the late Takeshi Hashimoto. It is a recommended item for those looking for a genuine wallet that becomes more familiar and loved the more you use it.
(It can be attached to a belt and used as a pouch, but it is also the perfect size to use as a regular wallet.)
