【WORKERS】Lot 802 Slim Tapered

WORKERS' classic indigo denim jeans made from selected cotton.

"American Apland cotton. This is imported to Osaka and spun (made into thread).
The uneven shape is created based on the vintage, and yarn is spun into No. 7 (unit of thickness). The finished yarn is sent to Hiroshima for rope dyeing.
100% indigo, pure indigo dyed with no under-dyeing or post-dyeing.

The color varies slightly depending on the raw cotton lot, but the American cotton used this time had a strong pure indigo blue color, just as I was aiming.
Furthermore, in order to prepare the rope-dyed yarn for weaving, the warp threads are rewound onto the loom's beam (axis) and then sent to a weaving shop on the border between Okayama and Hiroshima prefectures.
Here, we had the denim fabric woven at low tension, weighing approximately 13.75 ounces.
The color of the selvedge thread is the same as the other warp threads, and is indigo dyed.

The fabric is unshrunk "Kibata". When washed, it will shrink and the fabric will twist.
The product will be one-washed and tumble dried to shrink it as much as possible.

These are the slim tapered 802 pants that look beautiful when standing up.

*Due to a change in the model specifications, there are two versions available: leather patch and paper patch, which vary depending on the size.
Going forward, the current leather patch design will be discontinued and all products will be replaced with paper patches.
