DEEP CUT is reminiscent of the Purpoise, developed by Milandon Surfboards of San Diego in the 1970s.
It features a unique outline that looks like a fish board with a narrow waist.
The bottom is rounded from the nose to near the center, with a double concave from the center to the tail.
At the same time, a triplane rail runs from near the center.
As I recall, the Milandon was a board that gave the impression of flying straight and free, but by combining the rounded bottom and triplane, the turning performance has been greatly improved.
The fins are basically twin, but they can also be arranged in a tri-fin setup to accommodate surfers who prefer a more powerful surfing style.
