"HAVE A GRATEFUL DAY"

"HAVE A GRATEFUL DAY COLLECTION" is part of GOWEST's "SOUVENIR SERIES".

This is a homage to the HAVE A NICE DAY patch that was popular in the US in the 1970s. This series combines the peaceful meaning of "a day to be grateful" with the band name, GRATEFUL DEAD.

The collection's name comes from Neil Young's 1974 album "On The Beach."

This song samples the parasol and beach chairs in the cover photo of "On The Beach" and the floral pattern printed on the inside of the cover itself.

The silhouette and size are sampled from beach trunks from the 60s and 70s, with a short length for a clean look.

In the 60s and 70s, it was orthodox to wear them short and tight, but if you are not comfortable with that, we recommend you buy one size larger. The waist is easy pants style and the size can be adjusted with an elastic band.
