And I don't think you'll ever find anything in this condition again anywhere in the world.

Morey-Pope Surfboards was founded in Southern California in 1965 by Tom Morey and Carl Pope. It is a legendary surfboard brand that is said to be one of the most influential brands in surfboard history.

Among them, the MacTavish Tracker is a model that was born in 1968, and it can be said that this board really ignited the shortboard revolution.

Between 1968 and 1980, surfboards around the world changed dramatically from longboards to transition boards (mid-length).

Meanwhile, Tom and Carl developed and released this model with advice from MacTavish and Dick Brewer.

The impact on the market at the time was so great that the MacTavish Trucker influenced many shapers thereafter and is said to have revolutionized surfboard design around the world.

It is also said to be one of Morey-Pope's signature models.

As you can see, this board is in very good condition, and although there are a few repairs, it is in such great condition that it is hard to believe it is over 50 years old.

Of course, you can ride it as is, but since it is a board that exudes such an aura, it would make a very impressive decoration if displayed in your living room as a hanging board.

Most fin boxes of this type have screws that are stuck and cannot be removed, but with this board, they were able to be removed smoothly. This also shows how good the condition of this board is.

Yes, this WAVE SET fin system, developed by the 1960s Coordination Group, is the first removable fin system in surfing history, and was developed by the two of us here today, Tom Morley and Carl Pope.

This is an excellent Morey-Pope board. It's not an old, worn-out board.
