The bass is Morey-Pope's McTavish Tracker.
The outline is typical of transition boards of the time, and the strong vee near the tail really gives it a sense of its era.
As for the condition, there are scratches and bump marks all over the car and it has not been restored.
If I owned it, I'd take it to a repairman for a full restoration before trying it out.
After the repair, if you apply a hot coat and polish it, it will turn out to be a vintage board with a nice atmosphere.
