Since 1979, CROW HALEY Surf Leash has been manufacturing high-quality, handmade leashes in Southern California, San Diego, with a strong commitment to "MADE IN USA."

However, due to his advanced age, leash craftsman Crow Haley became unable to maintain a stable supply and reportedly decided in 2025 that he would only produce for close relatives.

Going forward, production and supply will be "Designed in USA, Made in JAPAN."

The handmade manufacturing method and materials remain exactly the same. Only the Velcro portion has been updated with a material more resistant to seawater.

Crow Haley said, "This is an old-fashioned way, but it's the only way for quality. I design everything to be the most efficient and 'strongest and lightest'."
