The V-pintail was born in 1969, in the midst of the shortboard revolution. Immediately after the shortboard revolution, G&S, a major California brand, invited Midget Farrelly from Australia to collaboratively develop this model. It's no exaggeration to say that this model, with its round entry and Vee exiting from the center, established the standard design for this type of longer single fin back then.
The ride is incredibly smooth, offering a direct sensation of gliding over the waves.
