Tim Bowler shaped Hal Stubby. Tim Bowler, the Hull Stubby Master, has been shaping Hull Stubbies since 1969, one year after Greg Liddle. I have known Greg Riddle since we were teenagers, and we have continued to evolve together, exchanging information on board design.
This is also a great board that can be considered an original Hull Stubby.
As for the condition, there are some foot marks on the deck, but overall it is in good condition.
